Dodatkową pomocą jest na pewno wizerunek Charliego, takie uroczego, nieco niechlujnego, lecz niezwykle sympatycznego wagabundy, który z miejsca zjednuje sobie fanów. Na krążku `Running Still` Winston nie odkrywa siebie na nowo. Nie musi, bo doskonale wie, co jest jego orężem. Anglik ma zawsze jeden cel - tak wyrazić emocje przez piosenki, aby poruszyły one słuchacza. Trzecia płyta zawiera ich mnóstwo, a geneza niektórych jest co najmniej ciekawa. Przykładowo `The Great Conversation` to rozmowa za pośrednictwem listów z największym muzycznym bohaterem Charliego, Ludwikiem Van Beethovenem. Winston wyjaśnia mistrzowi, co uczynił z jego `Sonatą Księżycową` Motto, a w zasadzie pytanie, jakie postawił sobie Anglik przed nagraniami brzmiało: Co mam zrobić, aby być wyjątkowym? . Odpowiedzi Charlie udzielił sobie sam. Doszedł do jakże słusznego wniosku, że chce nagrać takie piosenki, które poruszą słuchacza, sprawią, że będzie się czuł niepewnie. Tutaj wzorzec postępowania nakreślił artyście Steve Jobs. Podobnie jak on chciałem, aby ludzie chcieli chcieć tego, co ja im przedstawię, a nie chcieli tego, co sami chcą - tłumaczy. Oczywiście Charlie jak zwykle inspiracje czerpał też z dorobku Leonarda Cohena, który obok Beethovena jest kolejnym z jego muzycznych bohaterów. On do dziś porusza serca milionów, sprawia, że obcując z piosenkami, przeżywają coś wyjątkowego. Słuchając wspomnianej `The Great Conversation`, a także `Hello Alone`, `Speak To Me,` `Happiness`, `She Went Quietly`, czy kłaniającego się Prince`owi `Until You`re Satisfied` nie ma wątpliwości, że Charliemu Winstonowi doskonale udało się to, co zamierzał i słuchaczy poruszy do głębi. A pomógł mu w tym między innymi producent Tony Berg (Aimee Mann, Bruce Hornsby) oraz muzycy zespołu The Oxymorons (Medi, Daniel Marsala, Benjamin `Ben Henry` Edwards). Anglik poza śpiewaniem i komponowaniem zagrał oczywiście na gitarze i fortepianie. Nawet nie próbujcie uciekać przed tą płytą! The Phobya fan controller has a perfect design and covers a lot of functions that you need. Depending on the temperature / season and the utilization the computer needs more fan ventilation or less. To have a good cooling performance when needed but also low noise when you do not need the cooling performance makes it necessary to adjust the fan speed depending on the need. The solution is the Phobya TPC fan controller which is offered at an unbeatable price level. Furthermore the Phobya TPC fan controller can not only adjust the fan speed, but also the  pump speed if you are using a water cooling system in your computer. A lot of pumps (if run at 12V) are a little too noisy, and can be reduced if the pump power is not needed. Depending on the pump you use, it may happen that you reduce the pump voltage and gain a much more silent PC, but you lose nearly no cooling power in your water cooling system.  On the display of the Phobya TPC pump and fan controller you can see the RPM of up to 4 different pumps or fans. There are also 4 temperature sensors included which can be placed in the computer case so that you get all the information about the inside of your computer with one view on the blue enlightened display. If the signal of a fan or pump fails, then the controller gives a loud noise that will catch you attention. If 4 pump or fan channels are is not enough, then you can connect more fans to one output. Because of the extra high output of maximum 30Watt per each channel, it is possible to handle several fans with one channel. You will need additional fan cable connectors for that, which are not included. The front of the controller has a classical black Aluminum design which gives the faceplate and the rotary knob a very high-quality feeling which fits to most of black and silver computer cases. The display ha an overall size of 11x2 cm and is illuminated in a blue color, so that the RPM and temperature can be viewed very clearly. The controller fits perfect into one 5
