Wer sich dem Nähen verschrieben hat, findet auch sehr anwendbare Quilts im Buch Paperpiecing auf Deutsch. Und wer noch nicht auf Papier genäht hat, sollte es unbedingt ausprobieren. Auf keine andere Weise wird Patchwork so akkurat. Wieder finden sich Gedichte im Buch und schöne Schwedenfotos.Lesenswert ist ebenfalls ein Kochbuch für Schwedenfahrer, wo man auch viel über das Land lesen kann. Die Rezepte sind leicht und schnell, eben typisch schwedisch in ihrer einfachen Art. Im Buch sind viele Schwedenfotos und man hat den Eindruck, als wäre es für einen lieben Verwandten zusammengestellt. Ein persönliches Buch.Ebenso persönlich und träumerisch mit 50 Aquarellen und 50 Gedichten kommt das Büchlein Kolourierte Gedichte daher. Als Geschenk sicher mehr willkommen als Blumen, so hat man doch länger davon. Gerade in der heutigen schnellebigen tristen Zeit, ist ein Gedicht mal lustig mal lyrisch mal nachdenklich eine Ablenkung und Aufforderung zum alltagsträumen. Ein Buch mit gleichen Gedichten, aber Schwedenfotos anstelle von Aquarellen, ist auch auf dem Markt.
