Niestety skuszony zostałem wysoką ilością pozytywów na Allegro i najniższą ceną. Niestety, bo okazało się że niższa cena jest związana z niskim poziomem obsługi w przypadku problemów magazynowych. Zwodzenie przez dwa tygodnie do daty wysyłki (która miała być 24h po zakupie), słaby kontakt mailowy - odpowiedzi po paru dniach. Ot za dużo nerwów jak za parę złotych oszczędności. Poziom kontaktu z klientem w przypadku problemów - dziecinny. Gorąco NIE POLECAM !

Zamówiłem w Morgad, ponieważ cena była niezła, a przewidywany termin wysyłki opisany był jako 24h. Realizacja zajęła sklepowi Morgad 7 dni (3 dni robocze, bo w międzyczasie była Wielkanoc). I to bym jeszcze wybaczył. Czego nie mogę wybaczyć: zamówiony przedmiot mocno śmierdział dymem papierosowym. Nie paczka z zewnątrz (czasem zdarza się, że kurierzy palą i paczki śmierdzą z zewnątrz), tylko sam zamówiony przedmiot. I to mi się nie podoba, gdyż był to prezent dla osoby, w której otoczeniu nikt nie pali i taki zapaszek nie jest miłą niespodzianką. Zwrócić już nie mogłem, gdyż ze względu na wydłużony termin realizacji niebezpiecznie zbliżył się moment wręczania prezentu i nie było czasu na kombinacje...
