NexXxos is back! This back plate is the perfect addition to your water cooled graphics card, improving looks and cooling performance! The cooling concept of the ATXP/NVXP water blocks is a very well-balanced one, but only little of the water blocks can be seen as they usually face downwards in the enclosure. Hence great attention was paid to the surface finish of the back plates for maximum effect. This was achieved with anodized aluminum: A perfect finish, and even after small mishaps during mounting the color remains consistent. Of course the back plate is shipped with suitable, copper plated M3x12mm hexagon socket screws. Aluminum as the material of choice also has another advantage: With this lightweight material less strain is put on the sensitive graphics card slots! The Alphacool back plate also contributes to the rigidity of the graphics card, preventing it from bending and twisting. The additionally applied thermal pads under the back plate also contribute to the cooling of the sensitive components on the graphics card. Of course the back plate is fully SLI/ Crossfire capable and hence perfect for use in a Multi-GPU system. In the extent of delivery you will find mounting screws and thermal pads

Uniwersalny backplate wykonany z 3mm stali. Umożliwia stabilny montaż bloków nie tylko produkowanych przez Alphacoola. Kompatybilny jest z ze wszystkimi płytami AMD i Intel do których Alphacool produkuje bloki. With the new graphics card water block series, Alphacool combines the advantages of developement and research in Germany with affordable production in China. Years of experience in research of developement at Alphacool reflect in high-quality and well-designed water blocks. And the results are spectacular: Weight: An optimized cooling plate and top structure allowed weight savings of approximately 200 grams, resulting in a 1170g leightweight. Channel structure: Despite the low weight, all relevant heat zones on the graphics card are covered and cooled by the water block. In the chip area, the cooling plate features a channel structure with a remaining thickness of less than 1mm and channels only 0.8mm in width. This allows extreme cooling performance for even the most extreme overclocking. Flow: Channel- and cooling structure were optimized to achieve maximum flow rates Material: Highly thermally conductive copper  of high purity is used for the cooling plate, achieving the best possible heat transfer from graphics card to coolant Compatibility: Thanks to the low depth of only 6mm, conflicts with neighbouring expansion- or graphics cards are a thing of the past.
